What happens if my vegan belt doesn’t fit?
If you need to exchange your Truth product for a different size or for a refund, you’ll need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from us first. Simply email us at email@example.com and let us know that you would like an RMA#, the reason for the return and the order number. Let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange, let us know which product you would like instead. We’ll need to know the size, colour and style name of the product. And, don’t forget to let us know where to ship the new product! We will then provide you with an RMA#. You’ll need this number before you send the item to us.
Be sure to include the RMA number on a piece of paper and include it with the shipment. That way, we’ll know what to do with it when it arrives!
Mail the item back to us via regular mail or air mail. Do not use FedEx or UPS, as that will cost you a fortune! If you live outside of Canada, you will have to fill out a customs form. On the customs form, write “belt – return for exchange, made in Canada”.

Please note that if you are returning a product for sizing, you’ll be doing so at your own expense. Furthermore, you’ll be charged for a second shipment when we ship out your new product. But you can avoid all this by getting out your measuring tape and measuring your pants at the top (where the belt loops are). You might be wearing pants that are labeled one size, but this can be misleading!
What happens if my vegan belt is defective?
If your vegan belt has something wrong with it due to workmanship or a defective buckle, we will replace it at no cost to you.
What if I don’t like my vegan belt?
You may return your Truth product up to 60 days after purchase with no questions asked for a full refund, as long as the belt is in its original condition. Send it back to us via air mail (we will not accept shipments from any other carrier such as FedEx or UPS etc.), to the address above, and be sure to note that you wish to receive a refund. Include your name as well, otherwise we won’t know whose PayPal or credit card account to refund!
